Senior Sales Executive
Job Description
The senior sales executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and executing business strategies for our NP Division & INS Division. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to infoSrm sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Technical skills: proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
