Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the growth of our market share in the designated region.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and optimise product offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
